OUR STORY
CCI Builders is a general contractor based in Placerville.
Structural work is central to what we do: beams, load-bearing walls and framing affected by dry rot or termites. We also build decks and patio covers, replace siding and windows, and take on additions, ADUs and commercial improvements.
We serve El Dorado County and communities along the Highway 50 corridor toward Sacramento.
THE PEOPLE
Jon Saunders
Jon owns and runs CCI Builders. He coordinates the crew and subcontractors across the trades, from structural work through the other parts of a project.
CCI Builders is owned and operated by Jon Saunders, a licensed general contractor based in Placerville, CA. He holds California CSLB license #835432 and has been building along the Highway 50 corridor since 2004, more than 20 years.

Yes. Every job runs through one point of contact, Jon or a highly qualified member of his team, and the structural work is Jon’s own hands-on trade. In his words: “I like structural things, because that’s really what we do.” Finish trades come from his bench of vetted subcontractors, coordinated by Jon.
Jon’s core team works with a network of vetted subcontractors. You have one point of contact from estimate to final inspection.
