Acceptance
These terms govern your use of ccibuilders.co and any estimate request or text message exchange you initiate through it. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Who We Are
This site is operated by CCI Builders Inc., a California corporation and licensed general contractor serving El Dorado County and the greater Sacramento metro along the Highway 50 corridor. California contractor license #835432. Bonded and insured.
Estimates
Estimates are a paid service. The current estimate fee is $99. An estimate reflects our assessment of the scope described to us and of conditions visible at the time of the visit. It is not a fixed-price offer and does not become binding until both parties sign a written contract.
Conditions that are concealed at the time of the estimate — including structural, moisture, pest, or code conditions found once work is underway — may change scope and price. Any such change is handled through a written change order.
Contracts Govern the Work
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, and no page here forms a construction contract. All work is performed under a separate written contract that sets out scope, price, schedule, payment terms, and change-order procedure. Where this site and a signed contract disagree, the signed contract controls.
Workmanship Warranty
We warrant our workmanship for one year from substantial completion. This warranty covers defects in labor performed by CCI Builders. It does not cover manufacturer defects in materials, appliances, or fixtures — those carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we pass through to you — nor does it cover normal wear, settling, owner modifications, deferred maintenance, or damage from causes outside our work. Warranty terms specific to your project are stated in your contract.
Text Messaging
If you check the consent box on our estimate request form, you agree to receive text messages from CCI Builders at the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of receiving an estimate or of purchasing any service from us.
- What we send: messages about your estimate request and your project — scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up. We do not send marketing or promotional text campaigns.
- How often: message frequency varies with the status of your project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier may.
- To stop: reply STOP to any message and we will not text you again. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at (530) 905-5416.
- Carriers: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of text messages does not opt you out of phone calls or email about a project already underway. We do not share or sell mobile numbers or text-message consent to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Project photographs, descriptions, and written content on this site are ours or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our written consent. Photographs show completed projects and are illustrative — they are not a representation that your project will match them in scope, materials, or cost.
We work to keep the site accurate but make no warranty that content is complete, current, or error-free, and we may change it at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, CCI Builders Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in this section limits any right you have under a signed construction contract, under the California Contractors State License Law, or under any other right that cannot be waived by agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue for any dispute arising from this website is El Dorado County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
